Monica was fantastic at piercing my lobes and helix. She explained the reason the helix had been infected before was because they put a hoop in and totally reassured me enough to get it pierced again (this time with a bar). She was so calming and professional, I’ve already recommended her to friends.

It was the worst treatment I've ever had. I have massive rash that looks like burnt on my upper lip with and now I have to spend the holidays with this face. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL.
