Disappointing, and the same thing happened both 2 times I went,won't be using this salon any more.
For context, I have PCOS so I've had hundreds of chin waxes over the years.
I had to ask to check the hair with a light properly, she kept saying they're too short, which would be fair.
I came home and had to tweeze many missed hairs myself, many long enough to have been spotted and removed at the appointment.
Dissappointing experience two times in a row - I don't recommend them any longer.
