Men's Haircut
The appointment didn’t start on time (approx 15-20mins late). Despite arriving early for my appointment and having to wait for Maria, I wasn’t advised that she was running late or offered a drink whilst I waited.
Online it’s says the express mani & pedi would take an hour but it took an hour and 15minutes. The end of the treatment (pedi) was rushed because Maria was late for her next appointment.
Pedi was painful & disappointing. It did not include a soak in the foot bath as expected.
