They were pretty embarrassing! But Maria made me feel incredibly comfortable and unashamed - she immediately offered me a coffee and made sure I left with silky smooth feet.

I had a Hollywood wax with Maria, who was lovely and friendly. However, more than half the waxing was done with strip wax even though i’d paid for hot wax. Maria didn’t seem that confident with waxing - it was more painful than it usually is. She also missed a few spots. Would go back in an emergency but this wouldn’t be my first choice for a Hollywood wax.
