I was left with quite a bit of hair. I am fair so it is more difficult to see but I was disappointed. My skin also wasn’t held taut when the hot wax was removed so that didn’t help the result. Or the pain.

The finish on the polish was lovely but I booked and paid for a full pedicure, not an Express pedicure. I was disappointed when I didn’t get a proper foot scrub. I really wanted the hard skin being worked on and it was barely touched.
