The venue is easily accessible from where I live and near shops and restaurants which makes it an ideal location for shopping after or relaxing with a coffee. The staff are always very welcoming and professional. My usual beautician needed to change my appointment as she was unavailable but ensured I was comfortable with her replacement and accommodated a new time that suited me. My appointment went well and I was reassured throughout to make it a pleasurable experience. Thank you!
