I really enjoyed my wash, cut and blow dry. When the hairdresser was washing my hair she gave me a lovely head massage. She also listened to what I wanted. My only improvement would have been to have a better chair as I found it difficult to stay in the position she needed me to comfortably but that wasn't a reflection on her. The eyebrow threading and tinting was brilliant, it was the first time I feel like anyone has been able to give them an proper shape as they have been growing back for many years after a botched job somewhere else. The massage was great but would have liked it if the relaxing music was played in the room. I could hear it from outside and it was relaxing but it would have been nice to have to music in the room. Also a box or something to put your clothes in when you undress would be nice rather than on the floor. Otherwise everything was great. I love this salon, the staff are very friendly and accomodating, the treatments are always great and it is really nicely decorated inside and feels clean and welcoming.
