Miriam, as lovely as she is, left the eyebrow dye to sit to take care of another customer so I had to call someone else to remove it as it had been more than 10 min already. Eyebrow were a bit too dark.

First time at a new place is always a bit nerve wracking. Quick, easy, and honestly the least painful I've had for years I think. Full wax, on time and within 15minutes. Perfect. Uses talc and not oil (as an FYI) to finish. But works fine and great finish. Will book online and go again due to speed and ease.

I was seen on time and love my hair! I’m so happy with the outcome and the lovely ladies helped put me at ease. I have Psoriasis and I was worried about showing my hair/skin and it reacting to products etc. I was put at ease by Sima and she explained the cut step by step. I left having exactly the cut I wanted. I will be booking again! 😊
