Happy with the result but this salon has on ongoing problem with running late for appointments, great value for money but I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time!

Second time here, the basic leg waxing was fine but was left with bruises and a patch of redness where skin was not pulled taught enough (more than just redness from the wax, which I had elsewhere but which disappeared after a couple of days - the area around the bruising has not). That was very painful and after that I did not bother asking for the final waxing I had paid for upfront on Treatwell. I have never before had large patches of redness from waxing, just usual dots of red. It may be because they use roll on wax for legs, I have had better experiences with the usual type applied with a spatula.
