Second time here, the basic leg waxing was fine but was left with bruises and a patch of redness where skin was not pulled taught enough (more than just redness from the wax, which I had elsewhere but which disappeared after a couple of days - the area around the bruising has not). That was very painful and after that I did not bother asking for the final waxing I had paid for upfront on Treatwell. I have never before had large patches of redness from waxing, just usual dots of red. It may be because they use roll on wax for legs, I have had better experiences with the usual type applied with a spatula.

A great experience and love my new hair - have had mixed experiences in Leytonstone so this was a breath of fresh air. Cass was excellent from start to finish and dealing with a busy salon at the same time - what an asset for any salon. Thank you!

As usual Ghaz's skincare and hair were amazing. Samera was brilliant at doing my hair and listened to what I wanted. It was a bit busy but they did their best to accommodate everyone. Lovely cup of tea. Happy with my eyebrows and haircut.
