Unfortunately the most painful wax I’ve had. The beautician had trouble getting a grip on the hard wax to be able to pull it off so there was a lot of tugging. It was painful and left the area quite tender and not all the hair has been removed. Unfortunately wouldn’t return after this experience.

I thought Bilkis was very attentive with how I wanted my hair cut.
She was unhurried and was very careful by asking me at different intervals if I was happy with the haircut.
I would definitely recommend Bilkis as an experienced hairdresser.
