The ladies at the salon are nice but lack knowledge / experience. Did not know how to do my curly hair. Did not have the correct products or styling tools (no diffuser). I asked the lady if she knew what she was doing and she insisted she did, but hair came out looking poor and frizzy. Not offered any discount or anything complimentary . Thought it was poor customer service as they were not at all concerned or interested that I was not happy. Wont be going back

Great as always. Thorough cleanse and treatment, all the way to the neck. Lots of places miss out the neck. My skin looked fresh the next day.
