The girl doing my nails was very nice but I felt uncomfortable being talked about in their own language and I didn’t really get spoken to and the wasn’t very happy with the price at the end as extra charges were added without even being told even though I showed a reference photo at the start and was told a price but at the end was told it was an extra £8 on top of what I was told. They said it because of the shellac but I didn’t ask for that I asked for ombré and showed a reference.

She made pay £7 more then I should the lashes I had done looked awful they were pretty hanging off and the next day they came out I didn’t pay to have falling out didn’t even tape my eyes when she did them
