I was made to feel very comfortable from the start! (It can be nerve wrecking going for a Hollywood in a new place) Bani was so lovely. The treatment itself was extremely efficient and thorough in equal measure. Absolutely every hair accounted for (front and back!) I can’t recommend her enough for this intimate treatment. Very happy.
