Despite booking my appointment, I had to wait 20 mins (as longer as my treatment time) whilst another client was being placated. My wax was therefore done in a hurry and I had some skin removed in the process - to be fair, this has happened twice before elsewhere, but I think without the rush it might have been avoided.
