My appointment was for 2pm -I had to wait for 15 minutes. The therapist, although wearing a mask, was talking loudly to someone on the other side of the salon whilst threading my eyebrows so very close to my face which I found that very uncomfortable. The salon was locked from the inside and there was no ventilation. It was extremely warm and stuffy. There was a potato chip on the seat I was asked to sit at. There was a dog running around that jumped up to greet me & a dog biscuit on the floor.
