Salon was lovely and treatment was brilliant. Only negatives were that there was no air conditioning which was less than ideal on a baking hot London weekend!

Lovely salon in a convenient location. Treatment room was relaxing and staff were friendly and welcoming. Waxing was professionally done and not too painful!

I had a v good, quick and painless wax, with lasting results. Also had a shellac mani/pedi which turned out fab, great advice about colour choice and tips on keeping silky soft feet. Will definitely return...

Great service, very professional, pleasant staff and friendly environment. I look forward to attending my regular appointments. I was so pleased with the manicure/pedicure treatments it was brilliant, Natalia is very friendly and professional Would highly recommend! It is a bit tricky to find their salon. But its worth it!
I was on my way to the salon and happened to call to ask directions when I was informed my appointment was rescheduled there and then because they were fully booked.
I wasted time, petrol and energy going to this place when I was told to turn back. Very unprofessional and highly unsatisfactory.
I was offered no discount as an offer of good will for their lack of organisation with Wahanda.
Very disappointed!
