this was a gift voucher for my birthday. a package of 3 treatments(pedicure, full body massage and facial.
Bianca was lovely and explained what she was doing. the pedicure didn't take as much time as it should normally do and Bianca offered to do some work on my nails. she got my nails ready for me to put the color on later on in the day.
Bianca uses top quality nail products (one of my favourite, Jessica).
it was easy to find and plenty of parking around.
Saurday availability on a voucher brilliant, not me allow this option.
I had the 'Let's Have a Treat' package yesterday and couldn't recommend it more! Bianca was extremely comfortable to be around and I felt I was in very safe , knowledgeable hands. I have had many facials and massages at exclusive venues to compare this experience with and I must say Bianca was extremely professional and thorough in all the treatments she carried out. She asked how firm a massage i would prefer, which most therapist don't ask prior to a treatment, I replied firm which she delivered beautifully but at the same time I found it very relaxing too. The facial was extremely well executed, explaining exactly what she was doing and why, including facial mapping pointing out any areas which may need attention and helping me with them. There was NO pushing products on me which was a massive plus point, just a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Again the pedicure was thorough leaving me feeling very pampered and relaxed. I would 100% recommend Bea Beautiful and will return with my teenage daughter in the near future.
My Mum bought me this voucher from Wahanda as she said Bianca is one of the best facial and massagers she has been to. I agree her facial and massage skills are of a high experience. When Bianca is doing her 1.5 hour treatment she is hands on and gives the customer 100%, ie my mum says some facila people you pay for a facial and they leave you for 15 mins with a mask on, but Bianca does not do this while a mask is doing its work she either massages your shoulders or gives a head massage.
I have only had a few facials and massages but this and Q hotels are the ones that stand out to me as brilliant because they are qualified & know all your pressure points and are very experienced on skin care. I have had a young girl like me before straight from college and they were not very good but you have to start somewhere
Could have been better.
Floors were a little dirty on first impression and could do with a lick of paint to tidy it up. But as she is fab and highly qualified i would not let this put you off.

My second visit and just bought my daughter this deal.
I think she is in my top 5 of the best massages and facials vouchers, i have used and i buy one a month for a year and a half now.
Took me by suprise :- How experienced she is at making the massage and facial feel great.
You pay for a treatment with her and she is totally dedicated to spending that time on her job, sense points, different massage methods, touch, it feels brilliant.
You will know what i mean if you have had a inexperienced massager, some just rub your body and do not know what they are doing, using no massage techniques.
Some beauticians go out of the room and leave you on your own for ten mins whilst a face product is on, but Bianca will give you a head/shoulder massage whilst the face pack does its job.

Really enjoyed this treatment of full body massage and reflexology, loved the treatment room and found the therapist to be very good, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I loved the quilt covering you during the massage as it can sometimes be a bit chilly with just a towel, that was a nice touch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely return.
