I absolutely love my pedicure to be done at this place, but only by Rosana. I really like her work and the attitude towards her clients. The rest of the staff seems to be very friendly too! Thank you!

My experience at this salon was the worst i have had using Treatwell to book beauty appointments. I had booked an hours shellac manicure on the lunch break before i was going on holiday. The girl seemed inexperienced and took forever to just file and shape my nails, didn't help she was using a nail file the size of my little finger, it took 45 mins just to do that! 15 mins left for the shellac paint, she put the base coat on, i was told to put my fingers in the light machine for 2 mins - since when does shellac take 2 mins to set? It's usually 30 secs. I took my hand out after the 2 mins and touched my hair, my nails stuck to my hair, the polish had not set, after 2 minutes it had not set. She asked me to put them in for another 2 mins, after she found another light machine to use, this one didn't work either, at this point i protested being as this was an hours appointment, at this rate it would last well over an hour and a half for a simple shellac manicure. We tried again, but it still didn't work on the base coat, i didn't see any use in carrying on as she tried to put colour on, what's the point if it's not going to set? I left, without shellaced nails for my holiday and no time to get them done anywhere else. I called Treatwell to get a refund and the salon would not sign it off saying they had fulfilled my service and it was their word against mine. £28 i'll never see again.

I had legs waxing; the treatment was very good and left my legs very smooth. However, there were some patches of hair left at the back of my leg. Not a big deal as I shaved the hair off, but it would have been nice to have all hair removed.

I had facial with Victoria. She is very friendly and knowledgable. Although I arrived 10 min late, she still gave me full time. Feel so clean and refreshed!
