Lady doing the wax was lovely and professional, but this wasn’t the best wax I’ve ever had. The skin wasn’t stretched during, which made it more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I wasn’t asked if the temp of the wax was okay for me, and a mirror wasn’t provided at the end so that I could check. When I got home I realised several hairs had been missed.
