Beata is very gentle with the needles and I felt some tingling sensation throughout the whole treatment as if my blood is moving around my body . She stayed with me through the whole session , manipulating the needles and pressing some points on my head and shoulders . Before I leave she put some ear seeds and asked me to press every now and then for a day to relax my mind . I felt she really cares for me and my sleeping has been bit better since . Will do book again !

Beata was completely wonderful, I'm scared of needles and she was so gentle and talked me through the process so that I wasn't nervous. I had acupuncture and Beata also did some cupping and reflexology to help my back pain, which has significantly improved since the treatment. Beata is so lovely and I can't wait to go again!
