I was made welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Beatrice and Shirley are really friendly and looked after my Mum and I well. They did a beautiful job of our hair and we left feeling like a million dollars.
The worst hairdresser experience of my life. The smell at the salon was very unpleasant, something between cheap toiletries and wet dog. I was asked to sit and the lady just blew the hair away from my seat with a hairdryer. The floor was covered with hair and in front of the mirror there were at least three hairbrushes - each one with different hair on it. It was all so unclean! I actually ended up really liking my colour, but the cut was - and three months later, still is - terrible. It's uneven, and the shortest hair are at the front of my head, so I actually had to wait months for my hair to grow out so I could cut it properly again. The lady cutting my hair was very nice, though, and maybe I just got very unlucky.
