I am very happy by the work Rozie has done on my eyebrows, the microblading is perfect and the colour and the shape as well. She is very professional and will not do something that you don't like or that is not appropriate for your face. The first time I made them in France was totally different, not the good colour not the good shape but now I can't wait the final result and the top up touch! Good job!

When I booked the offer it was 50£ for the 1st treatment with the top up included for free after 6 weeks.
The first time I've been there was literally awful, she didn't listen to me when I've explained to her my ideal eyebrow shape.
At the end my eyebrows were completely different between each other and totally shapeless.
I was clearly disappointed, expecting her to fix them a bit, but nothing was done or said to make me leave satisfied. I decided not to complaint and to wait for the top up on the date agreed, but a few days before it, she asked me to move it.
I was ok with that but a very strong a bad fever forced me in bed for more than a week so I needed to reschedule the new appointment twice and, after my last request, she let me know the top up wasn't free anymore coz the offer was over.
The package I initially paid was including the free top up and, since the first appointment was rescheduled because of her, I couldn't believe she asked me to pay for it,changing the treatwell package I bought.
Worst service and professionalism I ever had.
