I got a bit lost on the way...but I think the e-mail explaining directions ended up in my junk folder! I got microdermabrasion instead of the booked cleansing facial as Rozie felt I really needed it with the Christmas partying and cold weather. I am happy with the results and would definitely go again.

It's in a dingy council estate which is quite putting off to get to. It's very dark and looks unprofessional being in the lady's apartment. However, once you get past that it was a very good facial. I learnt a lot from the beautician and am looking to book my next facial with her!

The beautician was very friendly and clearly explained the stages of my treatment. She was constantly checking in on me to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the progress so far. I am very happy with my lovely new eyebrows and will be returning in 6 weeks to have my top up.
