The massage was just lovely and everything I had been needing. However, Rozie is currently running treatments from her home, so the pitfalls of this appointment came from the slight disorder of this arrangement.
Firstly, I was given an address but specifically told not to come earlier than my appointment time as to not interrupt another appointment. This made me worry that I would not get the full hour treatment, but fortunately that ended up not being the case. When I showed up, I hadn't been given any instruction about which flat number to go to, if I should wait for someone to call down, etc. Eventually, I called Rozie a minute or so into my appointment time and was told the flat number. The buzzer was unfortunately not working, so another few minutes were wasted.
By this time, I was a little stressed because I do not like dealing with uncertain situations like that. However, the massage ended up being great and relaxed me. Rozie was sure to check in to see if the pressure was too much. I often feel like massages are too short or not thorough enough but Rozie used the time well.
After the massage, Rozie asked for payment in the form of cash, which I had not been informed of in advance so I was not prepared. **Pay through Treatwell when making an appointment here.** She had issues with her card machine and I had to go home and pay her through PayPal.
All in all, the massage was great but the facilities could use some improvement to bring a little more calm and order to the overall process.

Rozie was so helpful with the booking and very accommodating to find a time that suited me. I had a few problems finding the address and Rozie answered the phone straight away to direct me.
The appointment was for a manicure, a real treat for me as I have only managed to grow my nails this year due to a problem with my nails on my right hand.
Rozie went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable in the seating and got loads of cushions out for me so I could rest my back.
The manicure was brilliant - she was so thorough and gave me advise and managed to give my right hand a whole new look. I love the tan colour varnish we used, and they look fab. The appointment overran by at least 40 minutes, and she didn't stop until she was satisfied. So thorough and she really cares that her clients leave happy.
I totally recommend Rosie at Beau's Beauty Room. I will be going on.
And most definitely the most reasonably-priced manicure in town.
