Rozie did a fab and very thorough Brazilian wax. Plus she's really friendly which completely puts you at ease. Will be going back in the future.

I didn’t like my treatment at all. I was expecting to be treated in a beauty salon, not in her home. She emailed me the night before the treatment to let me know that she was changing premises and that was why she would held the appointment at her house. I didn’t cancel because I needed the massage (really bad back pains) but I was not happy about this. Rozie was very nice, but when I complaint that the massage was being very painful she didn’t reduce the pressure, just said that I had a lot of knots, and carried on with the same pressure. She should have listened to what I said and reduce the pressure. I didn’t relax or enjoy at all and I was looking forward to the end of the treatment. I know deep tissue is a strong massage, and I have had it in the past, but never so painful, I’m still sore after 3 days.
