I booked this as a birthday present for a friend - when she turned up to her 10am appointment the shop was still closed! I kept ringing the shop to see what was happening and 10 mins later someone answered, telling me they had been stuck in traffic - no apology was given and a quite curt tone was used. My friend then had to sit and wait for another 10 mins or so, with no one telling her what was going on. The treatment itself was lovely, according to my friend, but the experience overall wasn’t great.
