I've been coming to this salon for years but recently I've had enough and won't be back - why bother booking an appointment when they let every walk in come in and then there's no staff to assist you. I had gel removal on my nails for 20 mins and no one came to me until someone noticed I was getting impatient. I was there until closing time....how is that possible when I came in earlier and others had left before me.
