Usually this place is great however I noticed when I arrived there was already all pedicure chairs full when I had an appointment booked. It took 1hr45 mins to complete my pedicure which was far too long and it was because there was not enough staff trying to do too many pedicures. Water went cold and i had 2 separate people completing my treatment which was not a relaxing experience.

The salon is lovely and so were staff.
Unfortunately it appeared they were overbooked or understaffed. The appointment took double the time it should have. I was often left for long periods of time in the middle of a treatment, while staff started/finished others, which I really didn’t like. Once you start my treatment I would prefer just one person and they focus on it. On this basis, I wouldn’t go again. Perhaps booking during less busy periods you may have a better experience.
