Very rushed and unprofessional finish. The business was overbooked, yet they were welcoming in walk in customers.i had my nails done by 3 different people. Had to wait ages. Nail polish was applied in a rush. The gel was not even given 30 seconds in the UV light. Application is lumpy. Plus I was charged £5 extra for a glitter version which was not mentioned when I was asked to select my colour.

Worst SNS I’ve ever had, had to come back to have re done after a few days coming off and still didn’t look great 2nd time. Went to another salon after to fix and she couldn’t believe state of my nails. Plus technician who dealt with me coughing all the way through treatment and clearly unwell made me unwell week after. AVOID especially during these uncertain times with them having sick people working.
