The salon is lovely and so were staff.
Unfortunately it appeared they were overbooked or understaffed. The appointment took double the time it should have. I was often left for long periods of time in the middle of a treatment, while staff started/finished others, which I really didn’t like. Once you start my treatment I would prefer just one person and they focus on it. On this basis, I wouldn’t go again. Perhaps booking during less busy periods you may have a better experience.
