Always a great experience. My hair looks and feels amazing and she is a real genius with colour... she makes a great cup of tea also. Lovely salon, clean with calming colour scheme, interesting magazines to flick though too. I travel from Watford... its well worth the journey.

Well, there was really no experience to rate. Came to the salon ( after taking half day off) to be told that she didn’t check her appointments and is running at least half an hour late. Beau has been very dismissive and I would say rude.
I probably would have waited but her attitude really put me off.
The whole experience was just horrible. Not what you need on Friday afternoon.

She properly listened my aim and request, offered several ways, done the test for comparison, really took time for me. Never happens in big chain shops!

Very happy with my experience at Beau's. She does a great job with colour, cut and style. Very friendly and welcoming environment, and great mindfulness reading material!
