There were several double bookings whilst I was there. Although all staff were lovely and welcoming, it was clear they got told off by management via the phone. As a note to the manager, whilst you have a salon full of clients, instead of ringing up to have a go at colleagues whilst they are trying to resolve/work through, you should constructively look at the issue/what went wrong at an appropriate time and resolve. It was very awkward to overhear.

Ersan was amazing! Extremely welcoming and knew exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend. I’ve booked in again!
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Ersan worked tirelessly to give me the best bright head of highlights I’ve ever had. After previous bad hairdresser (elsewhere) experience and a bad lockdown box dye I didn’t think my hair could ever look so good again. Ersan is completely dedicated to his profession and listened to what I wanted and I’ve never felt happier with my hair. I can’t wait to come back in 8 weeks for my refresh! A lovely new addition to Walthamstow, if you’re looking for a new salon, this is the one.
