There were several double bookings whilst I was there. Although all staff were lovely and welcoming, it was clear they got told off by management via the phone. As a note to the manager, whilst you have a salon full of clients, instead of ringing up to have a go at colleagues whilst they are trying to resolve/work through, you should constructively look at the issue/what went wrong at an appropriate time and resolve. It was very awkward to overhear.
