Balayage
My shellac manicure left my nails with rough edges and the paint job was lumpy with air bubbles. Once I had seen the quality of the manicure in the day light, I tried to phone later that day leaving an answer message in the hope of getting the issue resolved. 4 days later I got a phone call apologising for the service and was offered a refund. 8 days after the phone call I am yet to receive a refund.

Ersan did an amazing job and a lovely hair cut. Not often I come out of a hairdresser happy but he was brilliant !
