First time here- Afraid I didn’t catch any names- I was happy with the service, the waxer was welcoming and speedy. She removed all the hairs so I’ve give 5 stars.

Went in for a bouncy/curly blow-dry, seemed like Sarah was unable to handle my hair. She burnt my head with the blowdryer and I ended up leaving with a straight blow-dry with a little flick at the end…which looked like it was done with a straightener and I could have done it at home. I did ask for changes to be made however it was not done how I wanted it. I had to go home and curl my hair for my event, which added stress I was avoiding by booking this appointment. Would not go back.
