I had an apt for a manicure. When I arrived (on time) I was told to wait outside. 10 minutes after my apt time I was allowed inside. I had a small stool to sit on. The atmosphere was frosty and I felt as if I had done something wrong. After half an hour of waiting they started my nails. It was like it was the first time the woman had ever done nails. She has scratched the surface of them very badly. I complained and asked for a discount. They still charged me £40. An awful experience. Do not use

A Wonderful massage. I’ve always held much tension in my upper back, Sarah helped release this and in other places that I wasn’t aware of. I feel incredibly relaxed and really should do this more often so will be back soon.
