Although Jai is a lovely lady she did not give a good massage. No way did she use the right techniques and motions. I did not leave feeling relaxed at all or any different. The whole point if a massage is to relax but she just chatted the whole way through! Even when I tried to be silence she kept on talking. I would rather pay more and go somewhere else. The woman is 55 maybe she used to be good before but she has lost her touch and who knows what she thinks a massage is.

I've been twice and I am happy with the service. I love the fact I don't have to wait as I have done at previous salons. If I booked 1pm they see me at 1 on time this is mow my new salan for cornrow & wash and the head massage was fabulous :)

I always enjoy getting my hair braided here. Appointments are always prompt, no hanging around and Melissa is really quick at doing braids but always extremely neat and very well done. It probably took about 4 hours for medium length, medium box braids but went rather quickly today. Always happy to return. Thank you! :)
