I have been here before but if anything was like my last hair appointment I don't think I would be coming back ever again. The two young ladies they got to do my hair were inexperienced, unprofessional, and my hair is too tight despit asking them several times to make sure to not do it too tight. The only reason I have not given this place one star is because the owner is lovely and professional and previous hair dressers have been good. Would not recommend the hairdresser I had yesterday at all

Xiao asked me what I was there for and how much I had paid and said this did not include any treatments and that even my cuticle removal was normally extra. Everything was carried out by the entrance and I had to ask for a piece of tissue to put my feet on as she had wanted me to put my feet first directly on the floor which was not cleaned. The footstool used kept slipping and I had to keep moving to be comfortable. Pleased with the result but not with the experience.
