The lady was lovely and helped me due to my pregnancy but she’s extremely unprofessional. I got burned on my private area - which I saw once I went home. Very poor service, very disappointing and rushing. The light wasn’t the brightest in the room so I couldn’t really see the work, but once I went home and checked I was disappointed. The wax wasn’t properly cleaned either but that was the least of my concerns. Very painful! Sorry :/
