Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Beauty room for eyebrows was peaceful and I liked its was a consultative treatment.
However I was a little disappointed with the blow dry. My face got burned and the hairdryer was dropped on my head.
The price quoted here on the app was different than what I was charged, £7 more expensive.

I've been to this salon a few times now. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and make you feel comfortable.
I went into do passion braids, they provided the hair (which is great and for the price in the shops). At first I wasn't overall happy with the outcome so the following day I messaged Madeleine and made an appointment when I was available. She was happy to redo the parts I was unhappy with and completed it to my satisfaction. I really appreciated that. Its excellent customer service.

I had a proper deep tissue massage. It takes a lot of effort to do that and it was done properly.
