I was welcomed into the salon. When I asked different questions staff were able to answer me. This demonstrated to me their in depth knowledge of hair. Ann silk pressed my hair and it was amazing. I received so much positive feedback when I left the salon. She also trimmed my hair and was very caring. I will definitely be returning very soon.

Nice atmosphere , friendly , polite .
Massages were good particularly the aromatherapy massage .
Payment was a bit difficult and should be made easier .

Awful...Awful...Awful...
When I booked on Treatwell for a silk press it said that Ann was a ‘natural hair stylist’ this is complete utter rubbish and lies. She knew nothing about natural hair and I could tell by looking at her own hair! She appeared to be very average and had no basic skills or knowledge of natural hair. She barley communicated to me and left my hair very brittle following some ‘treatment’. She used Lusters Pink Lotion to blow dry my hair. I was so upset I left the Salon!
