So I came in for a facial and a massage. I didn’t get my facial! I did come in 20 minutes late and I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get one of the procedures on that day; I assumed it would be rescheduled to another day which I would have been fine with but nothing. The place was ok in terms of cleanliness but it did need some serious hoovering. The lady doing my massage was fine but again nothing special. And her nails was so long that she scratched me so many times which wasn’t nice.
