My experience on Monday was not good. Booked with Madeleine but she wasn't available at the time of my appointment. Anca did well, but the relaxer used was different to what we've used in the past (which I wasn't aware of). I experienced really bad irritation throughout my scalp and areas of my hair is still clumped together (Friday). My edges, which were full, are now quite burnt and very sparse. I didn't have any reservations prior because I've come about 7 times before and had no issues:(

Unfortunately, I am really disappointed with the end result of what I paid for - when you pay for a service you expect that staff know what they are doing and will do it with excellence. I did not get this despite being very specific about what I wanted and paying a lot of money. Honestly to say I am disappointed is an understatement.
