It was very quiet when I went for my appointment with only one other person having their nails done. The staff ignored me when I came in until Claudia welcomed me in and I was seen to straight away. Other staff sat on their phones rather then assisting when Claudia couldn't find the mirror. During the blow dry my head was burnt twice, but she was very apologetic and I was happy with the end result. Would I go again, properly not.
