after doing yuko retouch treatment my hair has been fried, it is do damaged & dry. it was not like this when i went to the salon. the stylist had good intentions, but i do not think she has much experience. as a strand test while the treatment was on was not done so a lot of my hair is damaged & is visible too.
the salon responds really late & i have not been issued a refund & im waiting to hear back still.
i also waited over an hour to be seen. should’ve taken it as a sign. extremely upset
