Hi,
The customer service and atmosphere was lovely. I liked the braids but it wasn’t like the inspiration I sent her and it’s best to buy your own hair because it’s £3 per bundle of hair that is small. I had to pay £6 for two bundles and I only got 2 cainrows. She also used quite a lot of Gel so it turned white and had to take out 4 days later.

I got a Hollywood. It was a last minute appointment that I paid an extra £15 for. The therapist was nice at first and the salon was clean aside from tissues that were left piled in a sink? But therapist seemed in a rush to be out. I wasn’t listened to when I asked her to count me down (I like to exhale when it’s being pulled). She also left me with a massive bruise that came up during the treatment and only worsened after. I also had leftover wax all over me. Was very rough when wiping me too.
