Beauticians were all very friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed with their hygiene and technique during the wax. The same stick was used throughout the leg, underarm and Hollywood. When challenged about using the same stick, I was told that clients having multiple wax treatments (as I was) have their own pot of wax. I was dubious that this is true. It was the most painful wax I've ever had. I was left with red swollen skin and folliculitis (never had this before from waxing).

saloon very clean all staff so very plesant feeling so relaxed after treatment.therapist was always inquiring re my comfort.do check out this saloon for a really good pick me up day.very good location.do try the hot stone massage.

Adreen was so welcoming but knew nothing about massage.She was so amateur and just crumbled me for 1 hour.
The room was small but clean. Booking was easy.

Fantastic!! I was worried because it was so cheap (I had a Groupon voucher) that it wouldn't be very good but it was amazing! Georgina was so sweet and took so much care. I came in with a broken nail and she managed to fix it with tissue!! (The nail didn't last sadly but it was still a genius idea!) Can't wait to go back xx
