My sister and I each booked a blow dry at the same time since Treatwell showed 2 stylists were available. However, when we got there, it was not the case. We had to go one after the other and we were late for an event at a result.
The stylist was great, friendly and experienced.
But the owner of the salon seems to be running it in a weird way. While the stylist was busy with my hair, she got a call from the owner and was told we'd only booked a blow dry and that didn't include the wash. I thought that was totally strange - how is it possible to have a blow dry without a wash? And the description of the treatments made it misleading. It was also the same price of other salons in the area that included the wash. We ended up paying the prices we had booked for, but that ruined the experience for us and we won't be back.
If it wasn't for the great service by the stylist, I would have rated it 1 star.
