was lovely beautician and ambience, unfortunately had some difficulties doing a Brazilian wax. was keen to do good job but overrun and was far from comfortable!

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival, shown to treatment room which was quite small, equipment seemed to be squashed into room. I had requested ‘hot stone massage’ when I booked on phone but I was told that I hadn’t!! Stones weren’t hot & would take an hour to heat up so opted for Swedish massage as they had planned. Massage was lovely & relaxing.
Would recommend but would double confirm what massage wanted when booking.
