Madeleine was excellent, took time to explain about new style my son wanted before booking. She is very knowledgeable and talented. Excellent customer service and advice. Also very friendly. My son normally doesn’t talk while having his hair done but he felt comfortable with Madeleine and looking forward next time. Thank you so much.
